2. Available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, every day of the week (except Sundays and holidays).

Method 3: Place orders directly at our sales locations:

1. Store addresses are listed at the bottom of our website.
2. Available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily (except holidays).
3. To help you shop quickly and conveniently on fusiongroup.vn, we provide the following 4-step process:

Step 1: Select products

1. Products are categorized by function into groups, with further sub-categories. Select the desired group.
2. To view detailed product information, hover or click on the product image. You can also zoom in for larger images.
3. If you already know the product name or code, use the search box. Type the name/code and click “Search” to view results. Advanced search options are also available.
4. Once you find your desired product, click “Buy” or the cart icon. Your selected product will appear in the shopping cart.
5. To continue shopping, click “Continue shopping.” To checkout, review your cart and update quantities before proceeding.
6. You can also print quotations or place traditional orders by completing and sending the order form via fax.

2. Payment: Customers may choose one of the available payment methods and notify us accordingly.
3. For orders delivered by third-party couriers, we seal packages to ensure they remain intact during transport.
4. We will notify you of the expected delivery time.
5. Upon receiving goods, please check carefully. If there are issues regarding product type, quality, or quantity, or if the package seal has been tampered with, please make a note with the courier and notify FUSION GROUP immediately for resolution. Customers will not bear responsibility for such issues during transport.
