We continuously improve our sales platform to bring maximum convenience to our partners.

Once approved and provided with a login account, partners can place orders online on Fusiongroup.vn following the detailed instructions below.

STEP 1: LOGIN

a/ Registration:

Customers provide their information to Fusion’s information reception team via Fusiongroup.vn or the Fusion Group Fanpage – Premium Pet Food & Accessories.

Once approved, the customer care department will send login details for Fusiongroup.vn to the partner.

b/ Login:

Once you are a member of Fusiongroup.vn, don’t forget to log in and start placing orders.

1. Click on “Login” at the top right corner of the screen.
2. Enter your account information in the provided fields.

Account Management:

1. Click “Hello, … shop” to view and update account details.
2. Check and edit personal information.
3. Change your password to keep your account secure.

⚠️ Note: If you place an order without registering as a member, you will not be eligible for membership benefits, promotions, or gifts.

STEP 2: SELECT PRODUCTS

1. Go to the “Products” section to browse available items.
2. Click “View Details” to see product information and promotions.
3. Select the desired quantity and click “Add to Cart.”

After adding a product, you may continue selecting additional items using the same process.

STEP 3: VIEW CART

1. To review your order, click on the cart icon.
2. Check all items in the cart and confirm details.
3. Click “Confirm” to proceed to checkout.

STEP 4: PLACE ORDER & PAYMENT

1. After reviewing your cart, click “Confirm” to open the Order Information window.
2. Fill in all required fields.

Payment:

1. Select “Choose Payment Method.”
2. Click “Bank Transfer (ATM)” to view recipient account details.
3. Transfer payment to the listed bank account, then click “Confirm Payment.”

STEP 5: ORDER CONFIRMATION

After completing your order, the system will send you an order number and order details via email and SMS.

STEP 6: TRACK ORDER

1. You can track your order status and shipping progress by clicking “Order Status.”
