Job Description:

1. Receive information, answer inquiries, and respond to customer questions via email, messages, phone calls, etc.
2. Guide customers through relevant procedures/processes.
3. Accurately and promptly update customers on promotions and company policy changes.
4. Manage postings and oversee the company’s Customer Care Zalo account.
5. Collect updated information and create new customer profiles, then forward them to relevant departments for processing.
6. Receive customer feedback about the company and relay it to the relevant departments for resolution.
7. Track, plan, and compile check-in reports for the sales team (NVKD).
8. Plan and conduct market surveys.
9. Create and compile forms/templates for the sales team.

Requirements:

1. Male/Female, in good health.
2. Education: College/University degree.
3. Basic Excel skills.
4. Enthusiastic, sociable, and patient.
5. At least 6 months of experience in a similar position.
6. Priority given to candidates living near the company.

Benefits:

1. Salary: 8–11 million VND/month (including base salary and allowances).
2. Work schedule: 5 days per week (Monday – Friday).
3. Working hours: 8 hours/day, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (lunch break 12:00 – 1:00 PM).
4. Provided with essential work equipment: computer, printer, office supplies, desk phone.
